Rooney is defo centre left. As for the rest, fuck knows but suspect it’s the infamous class of 2017/18. It’s defo just a standard club shop pennant that’s been signed too.

They need to get on board with the ‘one club’ mentality that Chelsea are leading the way with in the WSL. The Observer did a really good piece on it recently observer.co.uk/news/sport/a...

Even people who are missing it can’t bring themselves to go back and see it as a shell of its former life. You’ll still have those that made the break at the Southampton match and will never return but there is an untapped market to be gained

She can only do so much at this stage and has been making efforts as we’ve seen but the wider club needs to support and enhance the marketability scope. It’s a classic case of ‘use it or lose it’

Another example of absent-minded planning and as you say, puts people off. Just because it’s no longer two senior men’s teams sharing the same postcode doesn’t mean they can or should be clashing because the one with a comparatively smaller uptake will suffer in the immediate and longer term

You’re spot on about the lack of marketing from the club to drive more footfall. It doesn’t help that the media side of the women’s team is still something of a closed shop when it comes to things like promotional opps. Huge open goal IMO as many fans read more than just some fan sites and the Echo
