Speaks to where I am. My work is an enduring part of my legacy, yet not just that but of its value to the lives of others even after I exit. Massive wisdom, not doubt.

Consistent with my strongest belief - to each her or his own. Under the circumstance - to her own. It's a writing approach that works fine for you. Better still, 'perfect' for you. That's the most important thing. It speaks for each author. I've 'circled' Amazon - inspirational. More success to ya'!

I write to story not genre or age group to begin with, then as the narratove develops it becomes apparent which genre/age group it will appeal to.

Oh yeah. I glimpsed the article. It speaks to how some Presidents thought of Native Americans [scratch 'Indians' since that's what other people called Native Americans]. However one of the mix of commendables is JFK's reference to Native Americans as 'the most misunderstood Americans of us all.'

Mandy? First I've heard of writing without first having a reasonable scope of the age group. But to each, her or his own. Sounds like you write fiction. I write nonfiction. Age group 18+. You asked, right? I think most writers have a targeted audience before we write because it sets the tone. 😊👍
