This is nonsensical. Instead of giving roughly 130 billion dollars directly to the insurance cos. to subsidize the ACA, he wants to give that money to the people so they can give it directly to the insurance cos. but w/o pre-existing cond'n coverage.

I believe it. Since I moved to Montana I've heard dozens of conversations like this. Locals blaming all their woes on everyone other than themselves. And I've overheard a number of discussions about Michelle Obama's alleged penis. True story.🤦
