Typically I do a few scenes to intro characters (to myself) then leap to the ending. Then I storyboard to ribbon the rest.
I have character worksheets I use sometimes also.

My first script was a drama feature with a bit of a Shutter Island vibe.
I opened it not long ago and it is NOT very good.
I still do dramas, thrillers and horror but have added TV pilots and recently did my first adaptation.
