3) we know that the legacy hard copy - face to face model works, but the more tech is better model is a better marketing option for current undergrads. This will be a hard choice for admins as the number of HS grads drops and the intl student pipeline collapses. 3/3

2) the ultimate effect will be to split higher Ed into ‘elite’ brick and mortar schools with books, human faculty, and lots of hand written and oral assessments and schools that attempt to integrate more (and more) technology as a promised solution. 2/x
