Is it me or have they changed the animation style in some aspects? Vaggie seems different (head seems pointy+moves differently), some head movements seem delayed, etc. Subtle in parts so I'm not sure if I'm imagining it.

Same here: every day for the last fortnight. Our poor little 1 year old chihuahua puppy (currently recovering from knee surgery) has been stressed all the time making us the same. I've signed petition.parliament.uk/petitions/73... which might be a start.

If the database (which all insurers have to report to) flags you failed/overdue your inspection (MOT), not taxed or insured then they fine you and/or seize the car. I think even change of ownership are fully electronic nowadays instead of being postal.

The USA is weird and slow to adapt.

The whole "new plates" thing is baffling to me as a Brit: cars are usually issued one plate when they are sold and that's it. When they are inspected and taxed it all just goes on a database without an office visit (and prior to computerisation, they sent out paper tax discs for your windscreen)
