The trailer dropped today, shortly before the Kimmel announcement. Looks like outtakes from the Muppet Show to me. A two hour commercial for the inevitable Grogugu dolls that they’ll be selling next year. Blech.

And then there’s that Star Wars trailer today . . . I can only speak for myself, but I’m not feeling confident about its success. Disney will be doing damage control for a while, I think. 😬

No one is obligated to resubscribe, just like they weren’t obligated to cancel. I’m sure a lot of people WILL resubscribe. With the concept of continued free speech on table this week, though, a lot of people probably want to see a greater effort from Disney than just “Oopsie! Takesies backsies!”

Nah, Disney messed up. If they want those subs back they‘ll have to work for them by renewing consumer trust. That’s gonna take time and effort on their part.
