Like, I think somebody calling for more murders or a purge of anybody who's critizing Kirk's beliefs is fireable.

The problem is that cancel culture has taken hold and so now the right is being reckless in who they're reporting.

I'm not a fan of how these stats are presented by single-month YoY numbers are super volatile and frankly Montréal's development numbers not moving in-line with market demand conditions speaks to the planning system being very constraining in 2024.

My steelman of this is that it's arguing that AI (in the broadest sense) inherently has a niche in video games because it's how you give players interaction with other characters, and so it makes sense that machine learning will be used in video games.

I think it's possible for variation in affordability between states to be driven by factors different than what drives aggregate national housing affordability though

It's the 2023-2024 net intraprovincial migration number! I found it by directly using 21901 as a search term.

Not a great act of journalism to conflate that with net migration.
