Agreed, and in my experience the endodontist that performs a root canal bills medical insurance. The dentist that creates an expensive replica of your exact old tooth in the form of the cap and installs it bills dental.

I don't know what your experience is here, but anything health related to my teeth has been covered by my medical plan. The stuff that gets billed to my dental insurance is always the cosmetic stuff. Pretty teeth are indeed, literally, luxury bones.

Whenever I see these I feel like all the study points out is "Generally unhealthy people less healthy" and its not that impressive. If you dont brush your teeth I bet you don't change the oil in your car. Doesn't mean gingivitis causes blown engines.
