Awkward and very off-putting. Others can feel intimidated if you just stare.

I do the same, especially in busy areas. For me it’s because I want to know what’s happening around me. It was one of the first things I was taught in karate. Know your surroundings.

It depends on the audience itself. I like to attend concerts with an audience that can dance, freely express their joy.

It just shows you have your own opinion and is out of the norm, which sometimes is a good thing. For me, live music is good, especially if a band adds extra sections for the audience to join in with. However, it really sucks if you hear singers use autotune or lip sync.
