Oh, after it's upgraded you might need to check that its still using your rams 'xmp' or 'expo' profile instead of just default.

Oh I see. It's not too tricky. You go to the motherboard website, download the most recent bios file for your board, put it on a USB stick, boot into your BIOS and upgrade. And cross your fingers

I would only do it if you actually get crashes. But my experience is that the BIOS update always goes fine even tho it's scary

The combat in sekiro requires that you parry a lot, but the parrying is a lot easier than other souls games. So it's hard in a different way but if that sounds fun then def try it, it's awesome
