Makes no sense. How can McDonalds operate restaurants using intermittent power? Sometimes there will be too much, sometimes nothing at all.

Certainly clumsy in his language and use of scientific units. I think the point he was trying to make was that the accuracy of the measurement instrument seems at odds with the precision of the claimed results. Has this been debunked somewhere?

Especially as no Americans are being killed, only Russians, Ukrainians and North Koreans. It’s disappointing Trump won’t keep this going, at the very least until Ukraine runs out of fighting age men.

I’m sure. But it’s also quite possible that very many are apprehensive about what’s to come. Life for women under the Taliban is not a bed of roses. The same could well be true in Syria.

Are you sure that Syrian women will be looking forward to life in an Islamist theocracy? How about the minority groups at risk of persecution? At this stage it’s far from clear this represents a step forward.

It’s just a shame he blocks anyone showing even the slightest dissent. Good scientists welcome their ideas being challenged. That’s how science progresses.

I believe that commercial greenhouses operate at about 1000ppm. That would make sense because it closer to the level earth has experienced for most of its geological history.
