Every time you demanded Biden use an XO to pay your loans, you demonstrated a sheer fucking stupidity about the president's power limitation. The power of the purse is SIMPLY NOT FUCKING HIS. It's Congress's alone. No, it wouldn't make him a "badass alpha liberal" to try to do it.
