I think the difference for me is we give money to creatives because we like what they do. They're not profiting off something we need to live, or manipulating us into buying shit we don't need.

In car repair news, we have a broken fog light. 400+ to get & fit a 2nd hand one that will probably fit. 700+ for a new one that's not in the country. We'll try 2nd hand thanks.

The duckling survival rate around Wingatui seems excellent this year. I've never seen so many "teenage" ducks.
