Exec coach and evolutionary entrepreneur teaching self and systems awareness. Health, business, leadership, and the unconscious.
I'm at a point where when any system worsens the balance of life on the planet and I have something to say, I say the thing.

It can be as seemingly small as a credit card company (Capital One) wasting plastic, dishing out new cards left and right and clogging up landfills.

They'll hear about it.

Just had a 3-hour convo with a friend who said the discussion felt psychedelic.

Have you noticed? There’s drama in the community.

Whether you’re part of a platform, community, or family, odds are good that you’re seeing a lot of infighting, neglect, projection, apathy, or outright hatred. Here’s why 🧵

Every data point within various wisdom systems is an opportunity for reflection, maturation, and integration. If you work diligently with one piece at a time and stay present to the process, you can become remarkable in your embodiment.

When humans learn about news such as deaths due to H5N1, there are usually two distortions in our emotional response patterns.

Be wary of one who obsesses over spiritual symbols while showing little understanding of actual awareness.

Just noticing Bluesky's Lists feature, which has a public twist, and really pleased with it. May 2025 be a year of helpful, enlightening content + growth!

Here’s to 2025 being a year where more people begin referring to the pandemic in the present tense. Only when we develop the correct relationship to time and reality do we have the power to change it.

There’s something about the algorithm and feed that has me think: “I can’t.”

Not in the sense of not being able to do something, but in the sense of not having the capacity to spread my attention to 1,000,000,000 different voices.

With many holidays around the corner, some people are thinking about religion and spirituality, while others are asking when the world will come around on treatments, cures, and accessibility for various disabilities and chronic illnesses including Long COVID and ME/CFS.

One of the saddest things is the knowing that people who you thought cared, or wanted to believe cared, don't have the capacity or will to do so.

Tell me: is it a boundary, or is it the fact that you cannot find it within yourself to care?

Lots of people who ask for help and resources never take action or follow through.

In ACIM, it says: “To say these words is nothing. But to mean these words is everything.”

We really are in a meaning crisis.

When our paradigms are disrupted, there is usually an initial bout of extreme discomfort, followed by deep peace.

It’s worth it to get to the other side.

The more time I spend with philosophers and theologians, the more I realize much of what we need to solve the world's problems will come as soon as more people fall into alignment with their purpose. How to find it? A thread:

Every crisis of the 21st century is driven by a fragmented worldview being shown how incomplete it is, along with its refusal to change. The truth is, only holistic, integrative solutions—and worldviews—will ultimately work.

There’s a direct connection between the intense suffering on the planet and people’s inelasticity to change.

There's so much new information coming out about COVID that I can barely keep track.

But I've found some threads this week that feel important to share—namely, the rise of heart attacks in people in their 30s and 40s.

Have you ever met someone who believed that the universe is empty and “this is all there is?”
