I’ve never done psychedelics. In fact, many of my clients start with 🍄 then come for the integration.

Here’s to 2025 being a year where more people begin referring to the pandemic in the present tense. Only when we develop the correct relationship to time and reality do we have the power to change it.

Not in the sense of not being able to do something, but in the sense of not having the capacity to spread my attention to 1,000,000,000 different voices.
