i havent fully processed the death of my other cat so this feels like salt in a deep wound. despite of all the things ive had to deal with growing up, they were there without judgement. i dont feel like I've grown enough to accept a world where i can't see them, and i may never be able.

he's about 11 years old, so ive had him for a large portion of my life. i have a bad feeling he's not going to make it much longer, cause he's showing those signs cats have when they're facing the end.
