@thestigabell.bsky.social That’s the holiday reading sorted. Thanks for the recommendation (during the recent weekend Times Radio show when you were on the other side of the desk). It might take some time to get round to the Dorothy Sayers and Bill Bryson ones. This one is quite the doorstop.

There was also (though can’t find the photo I took at the time) the “demolition” of the Boudewijngebouw just down the road from there (now the big Beobank building) where they broke the glass front using a Bobcat being operated from a container that was suspended by a crane.
