This novella was only supposed to take a month to get the first draft done. But my brain decided it didn't want to cooperate. And then when I got far enough, it realized it didn't like the way it was going and we had to change two huge aspects, basically a redo.

redoing 12 chapters to change a character dynamic and add one in, I've managed 2 full chapters due to the new material~

My memory is officially my worst enemy. Reread a chapter of book 3 because I've been working on a novella lately (and hw) just to find out I forgot a character was there and have to rewrite a whole chapter to add them back in...
