You’re most welcome. This happened to me yesterday. After I walked to the store to get half & half, I thought that I would see if there was a hack to make your own. I tried it today and it worked really well so I thought I would share it with you because God knows we need our half-and-half.

If I may suggest that she tells them that she wants to help because she wants to learn. Firefighters normally don’t let Gus help out in the station but exceptions are made of someone wants to learn. And maybe she could take him a little treat too like some cookies or something like that.

Even though she didn’t have any responses hopefully she was able to see what goes on at the station during non emergency times. In Philly during these times we train, clean the station, work out, study up, prepare a meal, and such. Fingers crossed she was able to see that part of a shift too.
