Went out for the Geminids meteor shower last night but got clouded out. So, I wound up going out with @kelvinaz_photo to TMC to photograph some of their amazing Christmas lights. Always a favorite to photograph.

Last night was an amazing sunset time out on Broadway trailhead. I got to see a friend out there doing a photo shoot and watched a crazy storm start dropping a ton of lightning bolts! I counted 104 lightning bolts from my timelapses on last night's live stream!

Yesterday was a great storm day here's the one that chased us out of our spot. The lightning was striking behind the mountain then this one hit with instant thunder. I wish I pulled up radar and calculated the distance, but this was photographed at 15mm. #monsoon2025 #azwx

I really love framing up scenes between saguaro cacti. The particular challenge here is I was shooting at a very shallow depth of field, so I focus stacked this. How'd I do?
