Yes! Let this be the thing that gets you to start! It’s VERY calming, for me at least. I get so focused and lost in it, it’s a wonderful distraction. I tend to listen to intricate music whilst doodling, the combo is just right for me. I hope you get one started, even if it’s a couple of lines!
