between Aaron and Robert which came to a crashing end after Robert murdered his sister's rapist may be roaring back into existence!! OMG!! This is the definition of a guilty pleasure. I can't wait!!

When I started watching, Aaron had been through the trauma and tragedy that surrounded his coming out. The episode that drew me in was this hot, illicit kiss between him and married, straight man Robert Sugden. I WAS HOOKED!! Well, I was today year's old when I found out that the relationship

the top 1% of the US population could reform and improve the lives of just about every citizen in the country. Reduce or end poverty, homelessness and the like. It could have a drastic impact without taking all of their money.

of socialism. Where the government regulates the income of individuals and redistributes wealth as it sees fit. That's not America. That said, the wealthy should be taxed commensurate with their ability to pay. Billionaires shouldn't pay less in taxes than say teachers or waiters. If taxed at 2%

You're entitled to your opinion. I disagree. Your comments appear to indicate that you don't think anyone should be wealthy. That the government should take their money because they have too much and give it to others. That would be unfair no matter the circumstances. You're describing a form

Realistically, we can't eliminate the billionaire class. That's a lot of money. And, not all billionaires should be viewed as the enemy.

However, there does need to be a reset. A focus on more equitable wealth distribution and support of those in need.

their salaries and redistribute the wealth. Instead of making exponentially more than their employees, their salaries came down to 3 or 4 times what their employees made. These types of corrections have occurred in the past, they will happen again.

At this time, those who are "in charge" seem hellbent on dismantling the country as we know it in favor of one slanted to benefit the ultra-wealthy. There is precedent that these types of actions will result in their doom.

After the Great Depression, for example, CEOs felt compelled to reduce

There's no single answer that will work for everyone. Some people don't have a choice but to stay and fight because leaving the USA is completely out of the question.

I try to remember that governing is complicated. It involves compromise. No one person/party/organization gets everything they want
March 1, 2025 at 1:32 AM
How would you describe a situation where the government is so badly broken than people finally step up and take action to fix things? People who aren't Miller, Vought or Musk. People who value the constitution, our principles and legacy.

They're in the FAFO phase. Soon to be followed by "I'm the victim here" phase. Which is followed by the "You made me do it" phase.

Long story short, I don't expect MAGA to take any action to repair their damage. The adults will return to power. If there's a country left.

Ah, bless. made me chuckle, then shudder in fear.

They could very easily choose to ignore Rogan podcasts that feature left leaning guests.

I'm not saying we don't need to have discourse. I'm saying MeidasTouch should continue what they're doing which may organically attract Rogan audiences.
February 20, 2025 at 1:24 PM
I disagree. Rogan isn't required to treat any guests fairly when they appear on his show. Since he leans right, he can skew the conversation in such a way that he titilates his audience.

Also, it's not like conservatives are prevented from listening to left-leaning podcasts. They choose not to.

Steven Miller: Real men defend their beliefs at all costs.

Also Steven Miller: MOMMY!! I'm skeered!! Those people are gonna get me!!

That doesn't provide any details on how they made their money. It doesn't specify that their funds were obtained by stealing from US citizens. As far as we know, they were wealthy before they were elected. This doesn't prove they are doing anything nefarious.

Yep, the CIA has been unscrupulous. Did you know they sold drugs in black neighborhoods in order to perpetuate the idea that blacks are criminals?

Except in the Muller report. Paul Manafort was sent to prison for it.
February 19, 2025 at 11:36 AM
Besides, why are you quoting CNN? That's a right leaning news source. Or, did you not know that?

Steele Dossier. Which lead to the investigation of Trump on collusion with Russia. Where evidence was found that members of the Trump campaign actually did collude with Russia.

It's not as black and white as you seem to think. You're so unqualified.

As civil servants, they are required to provide financial reports. So, the information is out there. Please, tell me which people in congress have become millionaires as a result of stealing from the country.
February 19, 2025 at 11:33 AM
Ah, so you think Congress is full of millionaires. LOL, yeah OK. How about a list of congress people who are rich?
