Their pronouncements have seen more staff joining trade unions. I was there when West Cheshire Trades Union Council joined the first Chester Pride Event at the Town Hall in 2013, and the first Pride Parade in 2014. We have also supported Pride Events in Ellesmere Port. 3/3

REFORM UK have said they want to eliminate Diversity, Equity and Inequality programmes in Councils where they gain control. Their policies are clearly Transphobic and we have yet to see where they stand on the rights of other specific protected groups. 2/3
