Posting my art because I'm in a funk today.

This was my first time using pastels, which I probably did not use in the intended way. I'm not a skilled artist by any means, but I do like to create. Sometimes creating is the only escape I have.

This was my baby boy Zombie. He made his journey over the Rainbow Bridge two years ago this February. I miss him every single day. He was my soul dog, and the light of my life. I miss his hugs and smiling puppy face.

I just wanted him on my feed to spark happy memories.

I took this photo last year on a road known for having dozens of birds of prey. I love seeing eagles and hawks, and I was fortunate to capture this.
