Laser cutters are amazing technology. In as little as 25 minutes they can create FUCKING FIREWOOD D:<
a wooden plaque that has been laser engraved. about 1/3 from the top the engraving suddenly shifts an inch to the right, becoming completely off center

So for the longest time my most prominent nervous tick was biting my fingernails.
This has resulted in growing extremely thick and sturdy nails

The second I got on SSRI's years back, the urge faded. I grew out my nails into long claws in response

...but now my nervous tick is clawing at things =w=

One of the cool things about having a laser cutter is that I can make custom, reusable templates in a few minutes.

Pank had the good idea of sacrificing one blank to create a color/saturation reference sheet

As expected bright yellows and greens block the glow the least

The colors are a little bit more muted compared to the normal blanks. But I think that's due to this coating being matte instead of high gloss
A sublimation tumbler blank. Several raster fields of different colors with varying saturation and brightness levels are printed on it. The same tumbler blank in the dark. It's glowing in a green light which is blocked to various degrees by the different color patterns
