I was pleased to join the Overbrook Community Association, along with Mayor Sutcliffe and Councillor Plante in May 2025 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Hurdman’s Bridge and help unveil the @OverbrookCA heritage kiosk project installed beside the Rideau River.

Great to drop into the Ottawa Riverkeeper Gala in May 2025 with MP Greg Fergus and other elected officials at Jacques-Cartier Park. The event raised $330,000 to protect our aquatic ecosystems!

I was pleased to attend the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO) Ottawa’s 22nd annual Nursing Week breakfast yesterday morning. The event was an opportunity to discuss health-related issues and celebrate Ottawa’s hard-working nurses during Nursing Week.

I was pleased to attend the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO) Ottawa’s 22nd annual Nursing Week breakfast yesterday morning. The event was an opportunity to discuss health-related issues and celebrate Ottawa’s hard-working nurses during Nursing Week.
I enjoyed the opportunity to meet with representatives from the Kiwanis Club of Eastern Ottawa this week along with my east end Council colleagues, Catherine Kitts, Laura Dudas, Matt Luloff, and Tim Tierney.

I enjoyed a local Mother’s Day Tea held by Ottawa-Vanier MPP Lucille Collard at the Rockcliffe Park Community Centre last weekend! A great time was had by all!

The City of Ottawa officially designated a portion of the ByWard Market as the "Irish Village" (Sráidbhaile Gaelach) on May 8. New street signs were installed by the City to mark this area.

I attended three OC Transpo public information sessions this month throughout Rideau-Rockcliffe Ward concerning the New Ways to Bus network which has changed frequency, local service and connections to the O-Train. Many took advantage of free transit service last weekend!
