Beautiful morning, but... about this meeting with Hegseth of the military leaders on Oct 1. I'm starting to feel a boot upon my neck and I'm petrified about what's to come in this new authoritarian state where we now find ourselves. How about you?

Call your representatives and tell them to refuse to fund the government if secret police are not banned, if oversight of government is not protected, if Trump continues to get rich by being president, if the DOJ is not independent, and if the military is deployed in our cities. Survivors of Epstein and Maxwell bravely shared today at a press conference supporting a bill that would lead to the appropriate release of the Epstein "files". Trump, again called it a "democrat hoax". I respect Marjorie Taylor Green for standing up for these women today. Well done!
