It is! The acidity gives it a teeny tiny kick that's not heat-related. It's a really bright addition to a lot of chicken dishes. Gotta be careful with it, because pre-made lemon-pepper seasoning almost always has a LOT of salt! (Mrs. Dash brand is NO SALT; love it!)

This is almost exactly how my mom taught me to make fried chicken! Literally the only differences are sometimes she added lemon-pepper, and she liked to season the flour as well as the chicken.

Second is this Tunisian crochet mug sleeve. Yes, it very closely resembles a classic knitted stockinette stitch. It's not though; Tunisian crochet is done with multiple loops on a longer hook. Fun!
