Yes although it is a little more player focused. Has a lot of fantastic setting info, as well as occupations for gaslight era investigators and then a section covering the rules. No scenarios, there is a Gaslight Keeper book coming next year I believe

It's basically the core Call of Cthulhu, but a different time period to the classic setting (although I believe you could still use the pulp rules with this if you wanted to)
