Caramelized banana French toast. There is a Kenji Alt Lopez recipe on YouTube that I got most of this from but it's the only French toast I really like.

Finished my first big project in a long time

Here are some possible ideas for movie references that would work with the them aka feeding after midnight and getting the gremlin wet. These also fall within strategy so I know they are possibly a bit of a stretch.

May as well post some progress pics on the first project in a couple years that I've put some time into.
