The specific timeframe being 2012-2013, almost over a full year after Tom's playthrough.
X at this point would've been shifting his focus to the classic games rather than sticking to the Modern style, hence the Sonic 1/2 styled shoes.
Still has S3 stylizations, though.

Q3: What would happen if Mora met The Unnamed Amy Vessel?
A: Mora'd find her way too reckless with her actions and would likely try to not be associated.
She will give her Item Monitors just so Rosy can stay out of trouble for a literal second. But that'd be as far as interactions would go.

A: This is not related to ITWC, and all vessels are empty as far as I am aware in SONIC 2011 & The Soulless Saga. So Amy herself would not be present in any form.
