3of3 … to my neighbors, all single guys, so I think they’ll love it, even the crust, and I will try again with another batch of hazelnuts. I forgot to say, I froze the butter for the crust and used the food processor for a wet sand consistency, ice water until it adhered, maybe 6 T.

20f3 … good thing, because I went with a butter crust, and I had to keep adding more time to my timer. The pie was jiggling, maybe added another 30 minutes. It didn’t burn, but the crust was super-flaky/crunchy. The pie tastes amazing! I have more hazelnuts, so I’m going to give the rest …

I wanted you to know I have really been struggling as all of us are. Yesterday, I hit a wall, I had to do something creative. I baked the hazelnut molasses pie! I went 65/35 on molasses/dark karo. But, I was so frazzled, didn’t read the temp should have been 375. I set the oven to 350.
