Yes, these are the standard myths. If the standard diet is healthy, why the epidemics of diabetes, heart disease, and cancer? Carnivore normalized my cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure in 3 weeks. I don't begrudge others' choice to stick with the standard diet, but it was literally killing me.
