Our country is being run by a psychopath. Our land is being desecrated. Everyday more atrocities are happening. Our security & freedoms are being systematically broken & discarded. Those who support this authoritarian government have lost touch with honor, truth & the sacredness of humanity.

I try not to watch or listen to this person as much as possible, so I get if you are not paying attention, but if you listen to him at the UN yesterday, you would realize how destructive & cruel he is. It's so obvious to most of the world. It's hard to understand how anyone can support such madness.

Despite the corrupt regime from the dark side spreading hateful rhetoric and fanning the flames of violence. I still have to water my plants.

Tomorrow morning our sweet Skadi, who is a Great Pyrenees, is having a large cyst/tumor removed from her chest. Hopefully it's benign and she has an easy recovery from surgery. My family and I would welcome any prayers or good vibes sent her way. She is my beloved companion💜

Wanting to write about *integrity, I looked up the meaning, and this is what came up. They are going to have to rewrite the first part of the definition..the sentence should read, "Everyone in the world doubts the president has any integrity at all. In fact just the opposite, he has absolutely none"

I try to stay mindful and enjoy the beauty of life. It's a daily intention of mine to practice gratitude & to remember I am spiritual as well as physical. Without meaning to, I am often aware of each passing minute. Today was a quiet home & yard day. Now I am resting by the fire with my sleepy pup.
