For real,
I went to Japan recently and a toy store had legit play areas. We don't value play in the west at all. So much of toys is just sold off to speculator secondary markets too. I can't exactly speak to the pricing here how affordable it is, but I haven't seen play areas in Canada in decades

Ranma for instance yes but like your general pretty boy and waifish girl stuff I see endless things for? No.

I think the notion that you shouldn't encourage people in your life who you think might be trans and in denial (to themselves) to lean into it is hurting them. Cross dressing for fun, genuinely taking care of themselves? Even as a once in a while treat. What honest real lasting harm could happen?
