🟣Ravens usually make cuts in 2 waves, so we’ll probably see a round on Sun/Mon, then final cuts on Tues
⚫️Teams can put 2 players on IR @ cutdown w/ ability to return. Any others they want to return will need to be on initial 53 b4 going on IR after Wed @ 4:00

3/ So, while the extra $5-9M in Cap space is very helpful, the Ravens still will need to create substantial Cap space via cuts/trades/extensions/restructures.

⚫️ RFA Tender for A’Darius Washington - 2nd Rd Tender = $5.351M
🟣 Rule of 51 offset of $1.68M when Stanley’s & Agholor’s deals void (if not re-signed before).
These will eat up most of that Cap space.

Stanley’s a FA, so he can’t be released and his dead money has already been fully prorated.

If he’s cut, I would assume it will be with a post-June 1 designation (he & Williams would be their 2), but those can’t be used until after the start of the new league yr on March 12th. They can certainly announce that they are going to do so at any time. It just can’t officially be done til 3/12.

Making the PB also has an effect on Flowers’ 5th yr option (if it gets that far). Flowers’ 5th yr option in 2027 will now be equal to the 2016 WR Transition tag. Another PB and it will bump up to the 2026 Franchise tag amount.
