ICE has already been spotted in Tumwater Washington. Several ppl have reported seeing them in grocery stores, Home Depot. Another reported seeing them at a gas station in Yakima. Other areas people have also mentioned spotting them in is CA (Monterey Bay, Fresno, and Redding) as early as a week ago.
