Been trying to redesign Dee lately! I want him to feel more like a standalone pokéfusion moreso than a ‘vaporeon Doodle’
I really liked the paintbrush tail I gave him, so I decided to try and make him look half Smeargle!
I’m still not 100% sure about his design though, got any suggestions??

This is sorta kinda a Vaporeon OC? Its more of a form of my main sona but they’re also like, their own separate little guy! This is Dip n’ Dot! Or Dee for short! :3
