No no no. Don’t do this. This isn’t about us as white women. We need to fight our own battle as 52% of us voted against our own interests. We are not the damsel in distress to be rescued and we have contributed to this system of oppression.

Honey and lemon tea is great to sooth the throat and keep hydrated in addition to all this great advice. Honey is great for a cough and lemon drops are an alternative to cough drops for a sore or dry throat.

In response, I would encourage people in these group to join the clubs that are available en masse. Be visible and be active. Talk about the contributions of people of color. And document your experiences.
