This shows a team drawn from the elite performers from a wealthy country of ~340 million people, vs. a team of women drawn from a smaller, poorer country (6.1 mil). Nothing to do with transgender issues, except that the comments show how transphobia hurts cis women too.

Seems to me it would only fairly be moot if Desantis was no longer in a position of power able to do this to someone else. And even then, it would be good to make clear to his successors whether or not such shenanigans could lawfully be repeated.
