I get angry for about an hour or 2 then calm down. I have learnt to let go of anger as it does nothing but hurt yourself. Nothing has changed me for the worse apart from being more guarded these days, I try and see everything as lesson learned and then let go.
It's brought me peace overall.

I'm not going anywhere don't worry. In fact now I don't have to worry about being accused of cheating whenever I'm in public online spaces where guys are im far more active online. Gotta finish clearing house before starting craft/reg stream though 😅
