Hyperia's custom class (Engineer) is pretty much Gunbreaker, Machinist, and Sage, so...that's hers.
Sanji's custom class (Elementalist) is a bunch of DPS, so if he was an all-rounder, he'd probably be Paladin, Black Mage, and White Mage.

Most of it, actually. I RP, but not often and there's just not opportunity or reason to bring up a lot of it. And a lot of lore I've just made up on the spot for a QotD because it was never anything that came up before or I had reason to think about.

After chatting w/ RP buddies last night, I realized that my guys need A Nemesis. I have NPCs that serve the purpose, but it's so much more fun to have someone else playing the villain so I can watch them Going Through Shit in real time, not just snap my fingers and resolve things behind the scenes.

Hyperia's Hyur mainly because she's based on my human cyborg OC in SWTOR. I thought about making her Elezen/full-Garlean, but the overall vibe of the race (expressions/idles/that run!) didn't fit her nearly as well as Highlander did.

I've actually reached the enlightenment of rarely even seeing the discourse at all, just occasional hints around the fringes and man, it's nice.

I think I finally reached enlightenment of seeing discourse happening on social media about xiv players and having no idea of what is going on, knowing no parties involved and haven't seen any of it on my timeline. And it lowkey feels amazing.

Now I have the urgent need to pose "Garlean Weapon Sanji"....
Sanji...I actually had an AU where he was conscripted, but he hid his power, so he was a noncombatant NPC.
However...if he didn't hide his power and was fully indoctrinated....he'd be at least a dungeon boss, if not a trial boss. He's scary-powerful if/when he chooses to unleash his full power.

Also healthy to keep in mind that the same can happen the other way around. We often see "it's impossible to please everyone", but it's also not possible to be pleased either. You will encounter people you won't vibe with for reasons unknown, and if that can happen to you, it can happen to anyone.
a hard pill to swallow is accepting that not everyone is going to fw you. even if you haven't wronged them. there are always going to be people that just don't like you. it sucks but it's true. the sooner u accept this and focus on the ppl you care about the sooner you will find peace

Hyperia...she actually *was* the Praet mid-boss (subbing for the big robot) in my canon. She faced off against the WoL and lost...and nearly died when Ultima was destroyed, but barely managed to make it out.
