Faber has decided to delay UK publication of the new instalment of ON THE CALCULATION OF VOLUME until 20 November - two days after the US release - which shouldn't annoy me (I know it's a gimmick), but I was looking forward to reading in sympathy with Tara Selter on 18 November this year #BookSky
