That is a compromise option but keep in mind it'll still be much lighter than solid steel. Have you held a solid steel one?

Ahh yes understandable, it is quite expensive. My favorite for jelly cubes is stainless steel, but also a bit pricey (though not as much as titanium)

Love the color combo! Is that titanium and anodized aluminum??
