I wonder if it's possible to add this gel insertion to the butt of the doll? Might need to reinforce the inner walls of near the pelvis though, in order to prevent them from tearing from use.

The slots in the foot plate are used at times to insert large hex screws into the doll, essentially making it able to make the doll "stand" as the screw heads will provide a stable platform for the doll's weight to balance on:
