I love your shading/rendering style in this!! Do you have a speed paint or tutorial for something like this? I've been trying to get something similar and it never looks quite right 😭

Definitely check with your doctor and if they seem apprehensive you should get a second opinion, maybe a walk in clinic worst case. Something like this is actually pretty serious esp if you don't know ur family history. Best of luck!!
