issue was the crystal resonator and i also accidentally ripped out and replaced the piezo at the same time 😅 I also desoldered, swapped out, and then reswapped in the capacitor bc the one I bought to replace it was too big and the shell didn't close properly but luckily the cap isnt the issue.
