The original BR was also a notable example of the film adaptation being superior to the source material. Obviously, that's pretty subjective of me to say, but I didn't really get any of the "Who's the good guy?" vibes from Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep. It felt a lot more on the nose.

YUP I love it. It's a community largely comprised of people who have had to do a large amount of introspection over their socially isolating wants and needs, and who managed to come out of such an ordeal realizing, "Actually, I'd prefer to be me"
