I believe penalties for abusing work visas already exist, but making incentives to employ Australians is not a bad idea. However, I don't see that implemented.

Sorry, Lee, but in “On disinformation” you wrote that Alexei Navalny was deported back to Russia after his recovery in Charite. In fact, he wasn't. He returned to Russia voluntarily because he was a Russian politician and had no intention to live in exile.
