James Comey famously did not end the FBI investigation into the USA NSA advisor's connections to the Kremlin, & charges against Comey are thrown out the same week the White House can't agree whether the USA or Russia wrote the Ukraine peace plan.
The coincidence is poetic, but not surprising.
